Dr. Jennifer is a devoted explorer of optimal health and authentic expression. With a background in biology, anatomy, the arts, and mindfulness, she was called to serve individuals, families, and communities through chiropractic care.
“What would life be like if we were living at our greatest potential?”
This question anchors her purpose and guides the way she serves.
Early influences—dance, yoga, roller-skating, mindfulness, and clay—sparked her love for flow states and embodied aliveness, fueling a lifelong exploration of vibrant presence.
She was drawn to chiropractic after witnessing Dr. Donald Epstein’s transformative work with NetworkSpinal®. The coherence she saw in others mirrored the vitality she knew through movement and creativity. Her journey of embodied aliveness continues to deepen through this work.
Currently certifying in the Webster Technique, Jennifer is honored to support people of all ages. She lives in Portland with her partner and ten-year-old child, sharing a love of music, gardening, dance, and everyday magic. She also facilitates mindfulness-based games and remains deeply committed to our collective awakening.
Jennifer helps people connect more deeply with themselves—and with life. She supports a wide range of experiences, including pain, chronic tension, sciatica, anxiety, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and structural shifts. She also serves those seeking greater clarity, energy, and resilience as they expand their capacity for life.
